There will be separate vendor applications for each concert.
FOOD VENDORS, ARTS & CRAFTS & OTHER RULES & REGULATIONS:
▪ $20 fee for one receptacle with two plugs that equals 120volts/20amps. Availability is limited and will be first come, first serve.
▪ All vendors must be set up and prepared to vend by no later than 6pm.
▪ Low-noise generators are acceptable. If you need power that exceeds the standard 120volt/20amp receptacle, you must bring a low-noise generator. In order to qualify as a low-noise generator, the decibel level must be a maximum of 60. Please note the examples below.

▪ The City of Woodruff reserves the right of approval for the vending unit.
▪ No water hook ups, water access is available.
▪ All concessions (food vendors) must have DHEC approval and must submit paperwork from DHEC along with this application in order to be approved to vend. Cooking oil must not be left in the event area. You may open sooner if you wish. Space if first come, first serve. Please line up in the back of the amphitheater and along the edge of the ballfield facing toward the amphitheater stage. Staff will be on site at 5pm to help direct you.
▪ All tents must be firmly secured in case of wind. A system such as buckets filled with concrete, stakes or sand bags is recommended.
▪ Vendors are expected to bag garbage throughout the event. It is your responsibility to leave your space in the same condition as it was found prior to the festival.
▪ No refunds will be made. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled and your application fee will apply to the rescheduled event date or another concert in the series.
▪ Please send payment to the City of Woodruff at PO Box 1389, Woodruff, SC 29388.
▪ Please make checks payable to City of Woodruff, memo: Music @ McKinney.
▪ Vendor Arrival and Check-In Options: You may begin set-up at 5pm. If you would like to set up earlier than 5pm, please arrange your set-up time with staff.
▪ Please note that vending space is limited. You will be notified of whether you are approved to vend at the concerts based on availability of vending space and vending items. We will not accept repeat items, i.e. multiple bbq vendors or multiple shaved ice vendors.

INFORMATION DISPLAYS
We do not accept information displays at the concerts. Please join us at other events such as our Easter EGGstravaganza on April 20th, our Christmas Stroll on November 15th, our Cruizin’ in Classics Car Show on August 10th, and our Halloween on Main event on October 31st. We welcome you to participate in our other events.
