Team Member Names: Amanda Barlow, Michael Barrett, Abisael Lopez, Sheldon McClainArtist: Kendall (Olivia Raine) YatesCreate 1-Year, 6-Month, and 3-Month goals for each of the following pertaining to your artist: content generation, potential revenue, and audience growth. Make sure that goals follow the SMART principle (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Please write in complete sentences.1-Year Goals The goal is to have Kendall receiving $500 minimum per performance by the one-year mark. Some performances (bigger venues) will still have to be free but most will pay Kendall no less than $500 for her live show. Most festivals and fair will pay for the live entertainment even if they are unknowns. One simply has to ask to get paid. Most of these venues will pay anywhere from $100 to $300 to an unknown performer that can prove that they have prior live performance experience. We will begin small venue performances in Spring at the $100 to $300 mark. During the summer months, we will make sure that the larger venues are also paying a larger sum for Kendall’s efforts. We aimed to be paid $300 at the Heart of Illinois Fair in Peoria, Illinois and $500 at the Taste of Chicago event in July. As the season winds, down we will compare the average payment per show at that time to where we started in Spring. The year goal for Kendall will be to have a six-song ep recorded with one song (accompanied by a video) selected for release and promotion to radio terrestrial and digital as a single. The release will be an original song and will be targeted specifically for Top 40 radio in lyrical content and musical composition. From my experience, a year is ample time to comfortably write, produce and record a full project. The songs can be recorded, re-recorded, mixed, edited and mastered within that time frame. We will check the progress of this goal at the sixth and eighth month mark. At these times, we will listen to the productions to check the marketability of them. We will also be analyzing the quality of the production to make sure it is better than broadcast quality. The songs will be judged by how well they connect with Kendall’s target audience. We will have an anonymous prescreening with volunteer listeners from the demographic. Their input will also be used to make a final decision on the tracks selected for shopping to labels and for the first single.Kendall is to have at least one viral video after one year of being signed with us. The goal is for that video to have 500,000 views. With a strong push of cover songs and teasers, the fan base should grow substantially. Heavy promotion on social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc., will help spread the word on Kendall’s vocal ability. Clever video concepts coupled with great music is the key to getting a video to go viral. As we release videos we will keep track of the ones that seem to be getting the most attention. Those are the videos that we will begin to promote heavily. Since the internet and social media move fast, we will track these weekly and assess the impact the videos are having once a month. At the three-month mark, we should have a clear vision of which three videos have the most momentum. We will focus our efforts into promoting those videos. At six months, we want to be sure that at least one of those videos is at 300,000 views. That video will receive the biggest boost in an effort to add at least another 100,00 views by 8 months and the full 500,000 views at one year. 6-Month Goals The goal is to have Kendall generating around $250 minimum per performance by the six-month mark. Some events such as much bigger venues will still be free, although most will be paying Kendall no less than $250 per live show. Most nightclubs and festivals will pay for their live entertainment even if the artist is considered unknown. One may have to simply ask to get paid. Most of these venues will pay anywhere from $100 to $400 to an unknown performer that can simply prove that they have had prior experience performing live. We will begin having her perform at small venues in the Summer at the $100 to $400 mark. During the Fall months, we will be making sure that the larger venues are paying a little larger amount for Kendall’s efforts and hard work. We have aimed to be paid $250 at the DuQuoin State Fair in DuQuion, Illinois and $550 at the Pageant in Saint Louis, Missouri. As the season dies down we will start to compare the average payment per show at that time to where we started in the Summer. The Six-month goal for Kendall will be to have at least three song EP recorded with one song along with a music video selected for release and promotion to the radio and digital as a single. The release has to be an original song and will be targeted specifically for the Top 20 Billboard livestreaming. From experience, six months is ample enough time to comfortably write, produce, and record three songs. The three songs can be recorded, re-recorded, mixed, edited and mastered within this time frame. We will go over the progress of this goal at the second and fifth month mark. At these times, we will listen to the productions to check the marketability of them. We then will also be analyzing the quality of all the production to make sure that it is better than broadcast quality. Then the songs will be judged by how well they can connect to Kendall’s targeted audience. We will also have an anonymous prescreening with some volunteer listeners from her demographics. Their opinions will also be used to make a final decision on the tracks selected for shopping to labels and for the first hit single. Kendall is to have at least one viral video after six months of being signed with us. Our goal for the video is to have at least 250,000 views. With a strong push with both cover songs, original songs, and teasers, her fan base should grow substantially. Along with some heavy promotion on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc., will help spread attention on Kendall’s vocal ability. Having great video concepts grouped with great music is the key in success to getting a video to grow. As we keep releasing videos, we will keep track of the ones that are getting the most attention. Those will be the videos that we will begin to promote very heavily. Since we all know that both the internet and social media is very fast-paced, we will keep track on a weekly basis and assess the impact of how each video is having once a month. At the three-month mark, we should have a clear idea of which of the three videos have the most momentum. We will keep focus with our efforts into promoting these videos. At five months, we want to be sure that at least one of these video is at 125,000 views. That video will have the largest boost in an effort to add at least another 125,000 views by the six-month mark. 3-Month Goals Revenue Generating Goal:Give two specific sentences describing the goal: Elaborate on why you believe this time frame is attainable and realistic (Be thorough).
