RE: Blackboard Connect-ED for Higher Education Service Schedule effective December 7, 2009 (the "Agreement") between the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "BOR") and Blackboard, Inc.

Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, BOR has elected to renew and extend the term of the Agreement for one additional year, from December 1, 2016 to November 30, 2017.

It is understood that all terms and conditions forming part of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the period of renewal.
