Join our world-class team which is the largest behavioral consultation group of its kind on the East Coast of the United States. We are offering BCBA positions for candidates highly skilled in applied behavior analysis to provide ORGANIZATIONAL (OBM) SCHOOL & HOME consultation throughout NJ, Eastern PA, DE & worldwide through our proprietary telehealth consultation model. This candidate must have at least 5 years of extensive experience conducting functional behavior assessments, training school personnel on behavior plan interventions, navigating school politics and culture, designing classroom skill acquisition programs, & implementing pay for performance systems for organizations. Annual wages

average $155,600.00 FOR FULL-TIME based on experience. The hourly

wages for part-time may range from $45 to $85 per hour and are based on education and experience. Although the telehealth model is used for international consultation, it's preferred for the candidate to reside in NJ, PA, DE, or NY as that's where the majority of the consultation is located. The full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes performance based bonus pay, profit sharing, major medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k with employer $ match, short term disability, continuing education allowance, and excellent opportunities for advancement.
