Application for CO signed by SBBC PM, Architect and GC
Application for CO
Evaluated by Bldg Dept
Copy of Appl. for CO given to SBBC PM and GC
The Occupancy Verification is completed by the Bldg Dept inspection team
(Building Dept Form 105)
Two possible options exist at this point
Option 1: Facility is accepted, OEF 110B is signed and facility is occupied
Option 2: Application is rejected, Application is returned to the SBBC PM with a Denial of Occupancy issued (Bldg Dept form 105). A re-inspection of a portion of the facility may be necessary
