2016 Marketplace Auction
Supporting the American Bus Association Foundation is one of the best ways you can invest in your business and our industry. Your support has helped the Foundation award over $700,000 in scholarships to industry families. The ABAF has also built the only dedicated group travel research program. We are the only source of information to demonstrate the critical role motorcoach transportation and tourism play in our society. We provide the information to change minds and win allies in legislatures across the country.
Just as important, your donation provides your brand with online and print exposure reaching thousands of travel industry professionals. With marketing dollars at a premium our auctions are a great way to add low cost high impact exposure.

Support Tiers
TIER ONE – 10,000 and up
Individual companies that donate products valued at $10,000 and greater will be entitled to all the benefits at tier two plus they will have exhibit space on the show floor in the ABA Foundation booth area from January 9 - 12. Size and dimensions of exhibit space will vary based on product donation. (Floor space is limited)
TIER TWO – $3,000 – 9,999
Auction donations at this level will be featured in either the ABA Foundation Live Auction or Silent Auction according to donor’s preference. All donations in tier two include a 200-word description with logo and picture in our print catalogue and mobile bidding webpage. Your donation will also be featured in an article in the ABA Insider, including your company/destination link.
TIER THREE – $1,000 to $2,999
Donations at this level will be featured in the ABA Foundation Silent Auction which is on display from January 9 – 12. All donations in tier three include a 100-word description word description with logo and picture in our print catalogue and mobile bidding webpage.
TIER FOUR – $400 to $999
Donations at this level will be featured on the ABA Foundation Silent Auction web page and mobile bidding application which is on display from January 9 - 12. All donations in tier four include a 50-word description with logo on our auction print catalogue, web page and mobile biding application.

|Donors of vacation packages are encouraged to whenever possible include hotel accommodations, entertainment and dining for at least two guests. The|
|more comprehensive packages will be given greater prominence. |

|Interesting and unique gifts such as sports memorabilia will be included in the LIVE Auction on a case by case basis. |

|submission is beyond the allotted length and or that content is not appropriate for publication. |
