Don’t be left out of this one! The 43rd Annual California Bluegrass Association’s Fathers Day Bluegrass Festival will be held June 14-17, 2018 at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, Ca. We encourage you to join us in the beautiful foothills of Grass Valley for the celebration of 43 wonderful years of great bluegrass music. Our art’s & craft show is held in conjunction with the music festival, offering a great opportunity for quality vendors.
We continue to improve our show and with your help this works. Vendor presentation and service levels of the show are very important as I look for quality vendors. I will continue to jury the vendors. Celebrating our 43rd year which will bring a powerful line-up which promises to attract a good crowd.
Our advertising is extensive and includes local media, radio, newspapers, websites (), bluegrass publications, flyers and posters. Get on the list for this great show! Spaces are limited so don’t miss out! Now is the time to sign up!

You will be notified of your acceptance with a confirmation/ information packet. The undersigned agrees to comply with all
conditions set forth by Larry Baker and The California Bluegrass Association and hold them harmless from any liabilities for
activities connected with this show and agree to abide to the terms and conditions as set forth. We reserve the right to
remove any misrepresented items on your application and/or menu.

1. Larry Baker reserves the right for placement of all booths. Those who wish to request specific booth
placement must make their request in writing and understand there is no guarantee.
2. This is an outdoor event. Tables, chairs, extension cords, booths, canopies, signs, displays or any other equipment will NOT be provided by Larry Baker or The California Bluegrass Association.
3. One photograph of your booth set-up must be submitted with your application and fees
4. Any signs and/or banners must be professionally done, as no hand written material will be allowed.
E-Z up/Caravan type canopies are required…No flea market type coverings will be accepted.
5. If you are requesting electric, check your equipment before accessing power on site. Only 110 volts
will be available
6. All booth holders are responsible for cleaning their respective area during and at the close of the event.
7. All items to be displayed and sold must be indicated on your application and approved at the time
of acceptance.
8. Requests for refunds for booth space fees must be done in writing 30 days before the scheduled event .We
understand issues do arise in which we cannot control and we will be sensitive to theses should a refund be
requested.
9. If you or your company paid and do not show up for the event and DID NOT NOTIFY Larry Baker
in writing 30 days in advance you may be disapproved for a refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
WITHOUT 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE.
10. Larry Baker and The California Bluegrass Association reserves the right to have removed from the event, any person,
person’s or business dispensing food or merchandise that is not of high quality or has not been approved by Larry Baker:
Anyone violating any law or festival regulation or is conducting themselves in a manner which would be detrimental to
the spirit of the show or festival will be asked to leave without a refund. If upon request by Larry Baker to remedy any
condition deemed either unhealthy or unacceptable to Larry Baker and the vendor does not comply, the vendor shall
be removed from the show and NO REFUND shall be given.
11. In the event the vendor, in any respect violates the terms or intent of this agreement, all payments and fees
to Larry Baker or The California Bluegrass Association shall be considered earned and forfeited. The CBA shall
have the right to occupy the vacated space.
12. Larry Baker or The California Bluegrass Association is not responsibility for loss or damage to personnel or
personal property.
13. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN AUDIENCE-STAGE and/or VENDOR AREAS
14. Insurance requirements for” Additional Insured” will be followed as outlined on front page of application
