Cheese Egg Strata –This recipe is prepared the night before in glass casserole dishes, one for each table. Crusts are removed and bread is buttered. Eggs, milk and spices are mixed together and poured over the bread. Refrigerate overnight. 267 calories per serving
Egg MacMuffin – Eggs and milk may be prepared the night before if desired. Eggs are baked in 12x20x4 inch pans with melted butter. Or the eggs may be cooked on the grill if preferred. Cooked eggs may be kept warm by storing them in a 12x20x2 inch pan inserted into a12x20x6 inch pan full of hot water. English Muffins are toasted. 284 calories per serving
French Toast- Ready to cook French toast is prepared according to package directions. May be served with syrup or powdered sugar.
Hashbrown Potato Casserole –On the night prior to serving, assemble the casserole in casserole dishes, one for each table. Bacon is diced then browned, eggs and milk and seasonings are mixed together. Potatoes are put into each casserole, liquid is poured over the top. Bacon and grated cheese are sprinkled over the top. Orange Upside Down French Toast - Butter is melted in baking sheets, then sugar, cinnamon and orange peel is sprinkled on top. Eggs, milk and orange juice are mixed together and bread is dipped into it. Do not let it soak. Arrange the bread evenly into the prepared baking sheets. When done, let stand 1 minute, then place the slices of bread, sugar side up, on serving platters. Dust with powdered sugar. 325 calories per serving
Sausage Links – Turkey sausage may be substituted. The night before serving, boil the sausage links about ½ hour. Drain and place on parchment lined baking sheets. Cover the sausage with parchment paper refrigerate overnight. Remove paper and bake in the morning.

Beef Delores- Beef stew meat is mixed with cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and beef broth. Then it is baked, covered, for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
