If cast, parents/guardians will be required to help as well. There are a variety of jobs that we need parent help with including set construction, prop collection, donations and many other roles. It means a lot to the students when their parents are involved and helps the production team out a TON! We look forward to seeing you at auditions!Little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. All conflicts approved by the production team at auditions will be considered excused absences. We understand that illness/injury may come up. We ask that you make every effort to report absences to the director before rehearsal time so that we may adjust the schedule to accommodate. Long term illnesses or injuries may require modifications to the role. No Conflicts will be accepted during tech week or performance dates. Absences Rehearsal conflicts are difficult on everyone. Actors who have two or more unexcused or unreported absences may be asked to forfeit their role in the show. Memorization Memorizing your lines is one of the major responsibilities for all actors. Actors who struggle with lines make it difficult for the entire cast to rehearse. Actors are required to actively work on memorization by the due dates.Parent Volunteer Requirement 3-2-1It takes a small army to make these productions! That’s where our parents come in. We require each parent to take on a pre-production and a production job so that we share the workload.
