Changing Passwords in GMS InternalThere are two methods of changing passwords within GMS. The first method of changing a password requires a user to know their password and successfully authenticate, while the second method assumes the user does not know their password and has not locked their account. Internal Users – Known PasswordLogin to GMS with valid user name and passwordIf the user has the Dashboard enabled, click the GMS button at the top of the page, otherwise skip to step 3From the toolbar at the top of the page, select options > Change PasswordEnter your current passwordEnter your desired password Your password must be at least 12 characters long and contain at least three of the following four types of characters:English UppercaseEnglish LowercaseNumericSpecial character (e.g. @, %, &, etc.)Your password must not contain significant portions of your login name or full nameYour password may not be changed to a recently used passwordRe-enter your new password exactly as you entered it in step 5Click submitInternal Password – Password UnknownFrom the login page click the “Forgotten your password?
