Travel through some of the Nation's larger metropolitan areas can be difficult and worrisome, especially when traveling in larger groups. The mounting costs of taxis and rental cars can be overwhelming to the individual or business providing the funds. This is where the value of charter minibuses comes into play. Mini-buses are exempt from the “over-the-road” exception. Mini-buses are not used for long distance transportation. Generally, any transportation that requires the vehicle to go beyond the 100-mile radius of a metropolitan center will require the utilization of a full-sized charter bus.

Following are those rates made available to the General Services Administration (GSA) for booking Charter Bus (local shuttle and over-the-road), Mini-bus, Van, and Sedan charters.
