Q: How do I find my payout information? A: Look for an email containing your Amazon e-gift card codes from noreply@. It will be sent to the email address on file in your HomeAdvantage employee user account. Be sure to check spam/junk folders. Contact your Regional Account Manager or email us directly at rewards@ if you need further assistance.

Q: How do I redeem my Amazon e-gift card? A: When you receive your payout noticeemail, it will contain your Amazon gift card claim code along with specific instructions on how to redeem your code online at Amazon.

Q: Can I combine multiple Rewards payouts? A:Yes. When you redeem your Amazon e-gift card, you are actually applying it to one account. Your gift card balance will accumulate as one amount to use however you want and whenever you want on Amazon. Q: When does my Amazon e-gift card expire? A: The Amazon e-gift cards do not expire. But please always check the Amazon website for policy updates. Q: Do I need an Amazon Prime account to redeem my Employee Rewards? A: No, an Amazon Prime account is not required. While a Prime account will work, the only account required is a basic Amazon account. Q: How do I set up a basic Amazon account? A: It's very simple. Q: Is there a way to earn Employee Rewards without me inputting actual registrations? A: Yes! While it's always best to register a member or a personal contact as soon as you know they are ready to participate in the program, we do offer a Personalized Share Link that you can use to promote the program more broadly and still earn Employee Rewards. It can be copied and pasted anywhere you want including email and text messages. You can also share on social, if your credit union allows it Q: How do I access and use my Personalized Share Link? A: When you log in to your HomeAdvantage Employee Dashboard, your Personalized Share Link is located at the top of the page. The share link appears like this, customized with your information: [affinitycode][firstname][lastname]. To use it, simply highlight the entire URL then copy/paste it into documents, emails, etc. Q: How do these links connect registrations to my activity? A:When someone clicks on your personalized link, they enable a cookie that is carried with them onto the HomeAdvantage site. That cookie lets our system know that they are visiting as a result of your effort; and when they register, they will be assigned to you. That cookie lasts 60 days ? so as long as that person registers within 60 days of clicking on your share link, they will be associated to your registration and Rewards activity. Q: How will I know if a registration came in via my Personalized Share Link? A:Your personalized link has special coding that attaches the activity to your profile. If someone clicks through that link and registers, that registration will be assigned to you and available for review inbothyour Employee Dashboardand RewardsAccountpage.You will also receive an email notification from the Employee Rewards program.
