Bag of potato chips per person Unlimited pitchers of soda for 2 hours

Birthday Package Rules and Guidelines:

Saturdays & Sundays 10:00a.m.--3:00p.m. (5 hours). Reservations must be made in person with the admission office and with completed reservation form. Full payment for all guests attending party (adults & children) plus $50 security deposit must be received at time of booking. Additions will be

permitted 2 weeks prior to your party date with payment in full. Forms of payment: CASH, VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD. Upon completion of event the reserved area must be cleaned and restored to its original condition. Detailed inspection will follow. Failure to follow

these guidelines may forfeit $50 security deposit. Coolers, glass, alcohol and outside deliveries are PROHIBITED. All participants MUST be at least 3 years of age and must provide proof of age if not at least 38 inches tall. Please NO confetti, pi?atas, radios and outside entertainment. Cancellations must be requested 2 weeks prior to the party date with a completed refund request form to receive a full refund; $15 processing fee

will apply. Cancellations made after the 2 week requirement automatically forfeit payment, receiving only the $50 security deposit; $15 processing fee will

apply. Refunds will not be given for admission passes that were not used but will be honored as an admission on a later date within the same calendar

year. Unused passes will only be good for admission and will not include food.

In case of severe weather, we ask that the effort is made to come in and wait out the storm for the first 60 minutes. If the weather has not improved, the party may be rescheduled within the same calendar year. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. No-shows will not be granted any refunds or credit.

Please read and initial prior to each rule listed below:

The facility must be cleaned and returned to its original condition promptly by 3pm. All facility rules and regulations must be followed. Garbage must be disposed of and tables wiped down. Area will be inspected before departure and if damages are found or if the area has not been cleaned the deposit will not be returned.

Coolers, glass and alcohol are PROHIBITED.
