It is the responsibility of the Hospitality Leader to create a team that will provide the food, the facility, the hostesses and the child care (if required). The goal is to create an environment that will assist our guests in hearing the gospel that is presented that day.Essential Job FunctionsPrepare a menu and serve the meal as befitting the facility and our guestsProvide the set-up and take down of eventMeet regularly with Events Advisor (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)Hospitality Team Leader must attend a minimum of:Two (2) Leadership Courses per yearTwo (2) Bible Studies per yearAll of the Lunch and LearnsIn conjunction with Advisor, forecast the needs of each event for the upcoming year no later than October 30 of the current year. Communicate all progress to Events Advisor by email on a monthly basis (unless otherwise requested)Present ideas, changes, recommendations, etc to Chair for approval RequirementsA growing and active walk with Jesus Christ as your LordPrevious experience in the direction/supervision of peopleExperience with food service and serving large crowdsA willingness to work with budgeting, forecasting and communicationAbility to work well with volunteers and in a fast paced, changing environmentDesire to minister to women of all walks of life in any way deemed necessary.Must be a member of Springboro Baptist Church and in good standing.
