WATER/SEWER: CHAD GORDON
*WATER PROJECT – done above by Joe.
STREETS: RACHAEL KNIGHT & REID SCHACHT
* FEMA monies for partial street repairs on Hwy St – R. Knight not here.
* Loan to do street repairs. – Clerk informed Council that the City can borrow up to $273,500 as GO Debt. Council asked clerk to get some interest rates from local lenders.
** Culvert Replacement – Metal Sales will replace culvert and pay us $500 towards the re-instillation.
CITY PROPERTY & MAINTENANCE: JANELLE WILLIAMS & BAMBI BYERS
* LANDSCAPE BLOCKS – are done.
** Community Center Rental – discussed the new recommendations from the Governors office on COVID-19 resurgence. Council person C. Yochum made motion to close Community Center until after the first of the year (2021). 2nd by R. Schacht.

Motion carried. Clerk will put up notices.
CREDIT CARD READER: A credit card reader was given to the clerk for use in the office. After discussion it was decided NOT to use it for security reasons because it has to be linked with the City’s bank account.
Motion of NO was made by R. Schacht, 2nd by B. Byers. 4 ayes. Motion carried.
COMPLAINTS: Trash in front of 213 Maple St.
Council asked clerk to send and abatement notice and give 30 days to clean it up.
COUNCIL AND STAFF COMMENTS: Bambi Byers wanted to let everyone know that the new landscape edging looks nice and would like clerk to send “Thank you’s” to the volunteers.
Council also asked clerk to send a notice in water bills to please do not flush baby wipes or any other “flushable” wipe down the sewer.
