Jonathan Eugene Parr / 6-10-89Suspect 2:Timmy Lee Tiller / 9-21-84Summary of Incident:On 2-20-16 at 0237, the Tomah Police Department was dispatched to an alley on the 1000 block of Superior Avenue concerning a disturbance involving armed suspects. Upon arrival, officers located a male subject bleeding from the head. Officers were informed that two suspects, one armed with a pistol and the other with a sawed-off shotgun, recently fled the scene in a Buick Rendezvous. Suspect and vehicle information were relayed to other officers. The Buick Rendezvous was located traveling in the City of Tomah occupied by two suspects. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and both suspects were taken into custody. A search of the vehicle revealed a H & R 12 gauge sawed-off shotgun and a Raven Arms MP-25 pistol underneath the front seats. The investigation revealed that the male subject bleeding from the head was involved in an altercation with the suspects. During which, one of the suspects struck him in the head with the butt-end of the saw-off shotgun. The male subject received medical attention for his injuries. There were no shots fired during this incident. Jonathan Eugene Parr was booked into the Monroe County Jail for Disorderly Conduct, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Endangering Safety with a Dangerous Weapon, and Going Armed While Intoxicated.Timmy Lee Tiller was booked into the Monroe County Jail for OMVWI – 2nd, Operating with a Prohibited BAC, Operating After Revocation – OMVWI Related, Disorderly Conduct, Substantial Battery, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Going Armed While Intoxicated, Endangering Safety with a Dangerous Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Short Barreled Shotgun, and 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. The Tomah Police Department was assisted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and the Tomah Area Ambulance Service.
