FY 2018 Annual Action Plan – Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH) Consultation Survey – Responses must be received by 5 PM on April 7, 2017 Each year the City of Tucson is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to update the adopted Consolidated Plan (HUD Program Years 2015-2020) and develop an annual implementation plan. The Annual Action Plan outlines the needs, priorities and strategies for housing, supportive services, and community development programs.
