Cleanse Your System

If you want to get life-transforming results fast, I recommend you do a bone broth cleanse. Now, this is something that I've recommended my patients do for years, doing a bone broth cleanse. It's something I know other well-known physicians, such as Dr. Dan Pompa, Jordan Rubin, Dr. Kellyann Petrucci, and many others who are experienced physicians, who work with patients on a daily basis, have used bone broth cleanses to help their patients get ultimate results. So I want to give you two versions of a bone broth cleanse and tell you exactly how to do it, but let me tell you why this is going to be so beneficial.

One of the biggest reasons is that most of us have not practiced fasting for most of our lives. You look back in the Bible, or you look back at ancient physicians, such as Hippocrates. Fasting was done on a regular basis, and so was cleansing. You look at the Daniel fast or Daniel cleanse. These are things that were done throughout time. What this cleanse really does is it allows you to get some of the biggest nutritional needs that your body is deficient in and then really allow your body to rest in all the other ways.

So what this cleanse recommends is doing one of two things. Number one is just consuming bone broth for three days. Now you can do this longer. In fact, I've seen people do these cleanses for anywhere up to 3, to 7, to 30 days. Now if you're doing it for a long period of time, and you're working with a physician, you may want to consult with your physician, especially if you have any sort of medical condition, before you do a cleanse like this.

But for most people, this is a great cleanse you can do to see ultimate results in so many areas. From supporting your joints, your metabolism in a major way, having healthy glowing skin, supporting digestion in a big way, as well as supporting your body's natural detoxification, where you're going to get incredible results.

So this is something, by the way, that I practice what I preach. I do bone broth cleanses on a regular basis. I've recommended thousands of my patients to do it over time as well. So again, you're going to see incredible results with this in many different areas. But again, most of us are missing some of these key amino acids, such as proline and glycine and glutamine, that are so important for different aspects of the body. Also, we're missing key nutrient builders such as glucosamine, chondroitin glucosamine glycens, collagen, as we've talked about, hyaluronic acid, and potassium. That's one of the most incredible things about bone broth protein powder, is it is packed with potassium as well.

So again, you're going to get many of the benefits of fasting, along with loading up with all the nutrients that you've been missing by doing a bone broth cleanse. I guarantee, I would

challenge any cleanse out there today. Again, you name the cleanse. I would challenge it to say that the bone broth cleanse is a more effective cleanse than any other cleanse out there today. After three days or more of you following this, I guarantee you'll see the results there as well. So let's talk about more of the basics of doing this bone broth cleanse. Now, let me say this as well. There's a misconception that nutrients heal you. Remember this. Your body heals itself. If I get a cut here on my hand, I just need to keep it from getting infected. I need to protect it, but the cut heals itself. Right? So there's not nutrients that heal you. This is one of the reasons why so many people with digestive issues today or joint problems . . . Digestion, for instance. One of the reasons why fasting and cleansing is so beneficial is it's not having to work.

Again, imagine you have little cuts in your intestines. Even though you're eating healthier, it's still having to do all this work. It's kind of like taking a cut and playing baseball, or doing something where you constantly are reopening and damaging that area. So with fasting, the reason it's been used for thousands of years for healing is that area is not having to work. That's one of the benefits of bone broth protein. It's not just protein. It's in the amino acid form. So your body has to do almost no work, including your intestines, to actually utilize the nutrients here. The same thing goes for cooked vegetables. Your body has to do very, very little work.

So again, that's one of the reasons it's so healing. Not only all of nutrients, but also, it's allowing your whole system to rest. So let's jump in here. Option one is bone broth only. What you're going to do here on a bone broth pure cleanse is you're going to do one scoop of bone broth protein mixed with water three to five times daily. For most people, do five times daily. Some people, you can do one or two scoops. So it is a little bit flexible there. But remember this. Three to five times daily, one to two scoops during each of those servings. That's how often and how much of bone broth protein you're going to do on a daily basis. For that cleansing, you're going to do that for a full three days. So you'll just do bone broth protein.

If you want to mix in regular bone broth, beef broth, or chicken broth, and do that in addition to this or swap some out, you can do both. Sometimes I'll do that. Sometimes I'll just do bone broth protein, or sometimes I'll do bone broth protein, and sometimes I'll just do the glasses themselves, but again, you're going to add that to water. That's option one.

Now, option two is doing one of my favorite cleanses, which if you're a person new to cleansing, this is a little bit easier to follow, but you're still going to get incredible transformation results, and that's bone broth protein plus veggies or bone broth plus vegetables. I know coconut is not a vegetable, but pretty much the rest are. So again, if you can follow this, I'm telling you you're going to see great results.

So similar thing. You're going to do three to five times a day, glasses, and you're going to do one scoop of bone broth protein, plus one of these veggie blends. I recommend you steam these veggies or you cook them in a crock pot. So here's what you're going to do. The first version here is carrots plus celery plus turmeric. Now you can also use bone broth turmeric and skip the turmeric here, or put in one teaspoon to one tablespoon, but you're typically going to do two cups total of the veggies, plus one to two cups, depending if you want more of a soup or more of a pure liquid, like a smoothie, of liquid.

So again, you're going to steam celery and carrots and turmeric and then you're going to add that into your blender, and then you're going to do about one to two cups of water. In there, you're going to blend it up, and that's what you're going to drink. So again, celery and carrots. This is the ultimate cleanser, in my mind. We know carrots are great for supporting healthy liver and skin. We know celery is great for hydration and for your fluids, also at getting rid of uric acid in your body, and turmeric, obviously, helps support healthy inflammation levels in the body. But these veggies, with bone broth, I mean, so incredible. So that's the basic cleanser you're going to find there as part of this bone broth cleanse.

The second one here is carrot, cauliflower, and onion. These support healthy immunity, healthy immune function. We know carrots, again, are great for the immunity in many different ways because of those antioxidants there. We know cauliflower, in fact, cauliflower in Chinese medicine is known as one of the ultimate supporters of your lungs and your colon. So again, we've got cauliflower there. Then you've got onion there, another great vegetable or herb that's great for your immunity as well. So carrot, cauliflower, and onion. I call this the basic mix. I call this the immunity mix.

The next one here is pumpkin plus coconut plus cinnamon. This is where when you really need your body warmed up, and you really want to sort of satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time. We know pumpkin is very high, actually very good for your spleen, as well as your pancreas. So this supports healthy digestive enzymes. Coconut is a great supportive healthy fat, which is great for many areas of the body. Cinnamon, one of the most antioxidant-rich foods on the planet, and supports healthy bacteria or microbial balance in the body, and also has been shown to support healthy blood sugar levels. So again, that's a great filling mix that I love doing for breakfast or late in the evening.

The next one here is my green blend. So this is the green cleanser blend. This is celery plus spinach plus broccoli. Again, what you're going to do here with the pumpkin . . . This actually isn't one you have to cook. You're doing canned pumpkin, or you can do cooked pumpkin, coconut milk, plus cinnamon, adding those in the blender. The next one here is celery, spinach,

and broccoli. Again, you're simply going to steam or boil those or put them in a Crockpot over night, and then take those out. You're going to blend those up in a blender and drink those as a smoothie or do them as a soup. Last but not least here, the beets plus coconut milk plus ginger. We know beets support nitric oxide in the levels. They support healthy levels of energy, as well as your cardiovascular system. We know coconut milk is good for energy, as is ginger, helps support healthy inflammation levels in the body. So this is a great blend as well. I want to throw one more in here that I think is good in supporting your digestive system. Doing something with cabbage is great as well. So actually, cabbage plus the bone broth protein. With cabbage, you could also try adding in something like a fennel. So again, cabbage fennel soup. So you're going to do cabbage, fennel, and ginger, as well as another blend here, supporting a healthy digestive system, plus, again, with all of these one scoop to two scoops of bone broth protein powder. So again, for the ultimate three-day cleanse, you can choose option one of bone broth only, and some people choose to mix it up. Maybe just one day, they do bone broth only, and then they do a bone broth plus veggies. Again, this is flexible, but I guarantee if you do either one of these plans for three days, you are going to notice a complete transformation in your health. Again, bone broth protein. You're getting quality protein here. You're getting quality fiber hereSo these amino acids, plus all the vitamins and nutrients, plus the fiber from these vegetables and the phytonutrients, it is the ultimate cleansing program out there. If three days is too much, just start with one day. I guarantee you're going to see incredible results with this three-day bone broth cleanse program.
