Steps for Virtual/Online LearningLog into school’s PC/Connected Future’s device (student laptop) using assigned ID and password:ID: xxxxxxxx@ Pw: First Initial (Uppercase)Last Initial (lowercase)2-digit month2-digit year01-male or 02-femaleExample: Female student, Jane Doe, whose birthday is April 4, 2009, password would be typed: Jd040902.After logging in, click on the Clever icon on the desktop screen.Log into Clever using the student assigned ID/PW. If a student is not using a Connected Future’s device (laptop), he/she can access Clever’s website using where he/she can click on Login as a student button (blue).On the Clever portal, search/select your school (Martin Luther King Jr. Sr. High School) and then click Login with Active Directory (using the same ID/PW)Once student is in the Clever portal, a list of features & apps is available for their use. Under the heading: Virtual Learning Tools, student will see the frequent used apps: Schoology, Microsoft Teams, Savvas Realize etc.Microsoft Teams (a real time collaboration app used for video conferencing/instruction and chatting with both instructors and classmates)- Download Microsoft Teams app (or use the web app) and login using the same ID/PW. In Microsoft Teams, students can access their homeroom by clicking on the Teams icon using the toolbar on the left as well as view their schedule and join their live classes by clicking on the calendar icon.Schoology (an app where students can access course materials, teacher courses, resources and track news and updates for classes) - Schoology allows students to have easy, organized, resources that are available and can be accessed anytime or anywhere once they have internet connection.For more information regarding DPSCD Online Learning Tutorial, scan the Q.R. code below (using mobile device’s camera): ................
