Google Chrome is the only web browser that should be used for accessing Clever. The Clever portal can only be added to Chrome extensions.

Accessing the Clever link through forest.k12.ms.us

Once you open Chrome, go to the schools website. Scroll down until you see the Staff/Teacher links or Student/Parent links. The Clever link is accessible on both of these pages.

Clever Link

Once you click on the Staff/Teacher links or Student/Parent links you will see the Clever website logo at the bottom of the table. Click this link to access Clever.

Logging into Clever

You will be taken to this page after you have clicked the Clever link. From here you will want to click the Log in with Google option.

You will be directed to this page once you select Log in with Google on the Clever homepage. If your account is not already listed you will need to select "Use another account". This will give you the opportunity to log in with your credentials. Log in with your student or teacher Gmail address. Select next once you have done this.

Entering your password

Once you click next on the sign in page, you will be prompted to enter your password. Please make sure the email address above is correct then enter your password and select next.

Your Clever page & installing Clever portal

You will see your links and apps once you have successfully logged into Clever. If you are using a FMSD issued Chromebook then you will already have the Clever portal installed. If you are not, please follow these steps. First, you will want to click on the link that states "Add Clever Extension to Chrome". Keep in mind that you have to be using Google Chrome web browser for this.

Adding Clever portal extension

After you have clicked the "Add Clever Extension to Chrome" you will be sent to this Google Web store page. Select the Add to Chrome option. A message that is displayed in the 2nd picture will prompt you to add the extension. Click the Add extension option.
