2020 Colonial Williamsburg Classic a great experience for all those involved! If you are a Spotswood Member, you will receive a complimentary Green Course round. If you are a Golden Horseshoe Member, you will receive the Green Course comp round for a guest and their cart

fee for volunteering for our event. Volunteer Positions ? November 7th ? 8th

COVID-19 Protocols ? U.S. Kids Golf will be enacting new protocols for 2020 to help ensure the safety of all volunteer, participants, and staff. We are working to minimize touchpoints and will offer gloves and masks to those with positions requiring any type of close proximity interaction.

Starter ? Starters will be responsible reading information to participants and announcing their names and hometowns before they tee off. Starters will be stationed on the #1 or #10 tees.

Pace of Play ? Each volunteer will record the finishing times of the groups as they pass through checkpoint holes to make sure they are on pace. Volunteers will be stationed at the greens of Holes #4, 9, 13 or 18.

Scoring ? Scorers will be responsible for facilitating the scoring procedures set by U.S. Kids Golf. Scoring volunteers will be located at either Hole #9 or #18 and must help the participants turn in their scorecards.

Scorecard Runners ? The Scorecard runner collects scorecards from each finishing hole and takes them to the Tournament Operations office for entry and verification.

Player Registration ? Registration volunteers are responsible for checking in players and distributing tee gifts, supplies and event information.

Shuttle ? Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting players and caddies at designated areas on the golf course. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Please Note: Once you have signed up to volunteer, you will receive more in-depth instructions on how to manage your position. Volunteers will receive a hat and may wear any comfortable golf attire. Lunch vouchers will be provided each day.
