DESIRED EMPLOYMENT POSITION: My husband and I are both college educated, happily married couple, in our mid 50's.  We would like to find a management or a support position for an RV mobile home, 55+ senior or manufactured housing communities. Giving us the opportunity to be a helpful and positive influence to others while assisting the owners / management company in reaching their occupancy and business goals.  We are relocating to Texas this spring, and enjoy being on or nears lakes, rivers or the gulf.

 WORK EXPERIENCE

Present We presently manage a RV Mobile home / Manufactured home community located in a national forest at an elevation of 2,000 ft. We stay full and busy year round, with full time residents, snow birds and summer vacationers. My husband and a maintenance assistant handle all aspects of the property, grounds, upkeep, repairs, turnovers on the park models, inventory, landscaping and purchases. I handle the office using Rent Manager software for rent collections, additional receivables, reporting, marketing for any availability, functions in the clubhouse for residents and any other requirements from our corporate office.

2009 – 2011 Community co-managers for a large all inclusive senior housing independent living community in Southern California. All aspects of on-site property management.

2007- 2009

My husband and I managed a very busy, high octane manufactured housing / RV resort on the Colorado River. This community consisted of 70 water front spacious RV sites and 75 double wide privately owned manufactured homes. We also offered 4 rental furnished park models, and several hundred closed and open storage units.  Plus a very active community clubhouse with lots of planned activities that we scheduled and conducted.  This community was busy year round with seniors in the winter and families in the summer. We were responsible for reservations, rent collections, corporate reporting, AR/AP all aspects of outstanding customer service, assistance with manufactured housing sales, staging for “show models, product inventory and ordering for the grocery store, gift shop, gas dock, and managed a staff of 10.

We traveled in our RV and picked up little jobs here and there while “testing” the full time RV Lifestyle.

 Debbie Campbell – 29+ years experience in property management and sales which includes supervisor positions.  I have experience in managing manufactured housing, RV resorts, multi-family apartment housing buildings and 55+ senior communities. Duties would incorporate; sales, marketing, administrative, budgets, AR/AP, retail, product inventory, POS and customer service. Also have management and supervisor experience in commercial and HOA (Condo Homeowner Association)

I am certified through REI (Real Estate Institute) as an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager)  I am well versed in all office skills, very computer savvy with knowledge in all Microsoft products, Rent Manager, ROZ 2000 and Campground Manager (Resort Software), print shop, photo shop and many other types of software programs. I consider myself professional and polished both in appearance and conduct.

• is the largest online job board website.  I was responsible for the Southern California region as a selling and support Sales Manager. I was always a top sales producer.  

• / - I was part of the original “dream team” that launched these two websites over 11 years ago that features online residential and senior housing locating services.  I was their Southern California Sales Manager for both products, always a top sales producer.

 Giles Campbell - I have over 25+ years experience in landscape maintenance, design and supervisory positions. For 12 years I was with the San Diego Unified School District responsible for multiple schools, staff supervision, custom designs, special projects, ordering, products and equipment inventory and quality inspections. 

I also have multiple years experience in partnership with my wife in RV / manufactured housing community management. My role primarily consisted of all aspects of operations, all maintenance issues, landscape, irrigation, light maintenance, site escort, sales and any other issues that needed attention.

I possess outstanding customer service and sales skills with a natural gift of building quality relationships. I am very organized, have an eye for detail and always oversee staff to ensure quality and timely job performance. I have excellent time management skills, able to wear many hats, also a licensed Locksmith and propane certified.

We feel that our positive life attitude, ability to partner and work together well, and along with our work ethic and sales experience we feel we would be a great asset to any team
