The Boyertown Music League, in conjunction with the BASD music teachers, will be holding their 4th Annual

Chicken Dinner Fundraiser and District Concert on Saturday, March 9th at Junior High West.

The SENIOR ORCHESTRA will be performing at this exciting event!

The Chicken Dinner will be held from 1-6 pm at Junior High West. Dinner will be held in the Cafeteria while the MAIN GYM will be used as an Open House style performance hall. You can come and go as you please.

District performances are scheduled between 1:15- 5:30 p.m. according to the following Schedule.

2:20 NHUF Vocal Ensemble

2:35 Jr. High East Percussion Ensemble

3:40 Guitar Solo, student from CES

3:50 Jr. High Orchestra

4:10 BASH Concert Band

4:30 BASH Jazz Band

4:50 BASH Chorus

5:10 BASH Orchestra

We ask that students arrive to the AUX. WEST gym at 2:30 P.M. to warm-up.

Dinner will include Kauffman's Bar-B-Que Chicken, baked potato, bread and butter, applesauce, beverage, and dessert. The cost for the dinner will be $9.00 for adults and students. Dinner may be eaten in the cafeteria or taken out.

The Music League supports all of the musical activities in the Boyertown Area School District. This very supportive group of parents, faculty and community members have helped purchase equipment for all of our musical ensembles.

Lastly, donations and volunteers are needed. Applesauce cups, paper plates, 12oz soda cans, bottled water or dessert can be brought to JH West music suite grey doors on Friday, March 8th (3-6:30 p.m.) or Saturday (10 a.m.-1 p.m.) or they can be given to your director AT ANY TIME.
