History and Services Turner Construction Company operates out of 46 offices across the United States and in 18 countries. Turner provides construction management services for commercial, residential, retail, transportation, justice, cultural, sports, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, K-12 and higher education projects. With 5,000 personnel, Turner annually completes approximately $8 billion of construction.

Turner has completed more than 620 green buildings, which represent $43.5 billion of construction.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) With the use of BIM, we are improving the building process and we are able to achieve significant cost and schedule savings for our clients. Turner has completed $14 billion of construction on 120 projects using BIM. We have 191 projects under construction using BIM.

Lean Construction Turner is practicing lean construction techniques such as pull planning, supply chain purchasing, off-site fabrication and just-in-time material delivery on a number of projects nationwide. These techniques help us increase the safety and efficiency of our construction operations, improve the collaboration of our project teams, build confidence in our schedules and increase value to our clients.
