Often when ingredients are purchased from the store they are packaged by WIEGHT (pounds, ounces, etc), but in the recipe a measurement of VOLUME is needed (cups, Tablespoons, teaspoons, etc.). In this lab you will create a small “Conversion Table” to be used to convert from WEIGHT measures to VOLUME measures. TIP: The Weight Quantity EQUALS the Volume Quantity

Measure each ingredient carefully, and fill in the chart as needed.
