Cut out 26 rectangles of paper. On each piece write one of the words

below: Brave, shout, fearless, yell, courageous, car, energetic, find, locate, eat, munch, chomp, close, shut, secure, lock, leave, job, career, fragile, breakable, delicate, marvelous, go, depart, exit

Once you have shuffled the cards, you are going to lay the cards out in a pyramid on the floor. You are going to build the pyramid by matching the synonyms together.



Write a letter to a friend using at least 5 suffixes (ful, less, ly, ect.). Once you

have finished writing your letter, go back and underline the suffixes.

The objective for this game is to reach the finish line first. To play, each

player shakes the die, and moves the number of spaces. Whichever word you land on, you must read it aloud. Then it's the next person's turn. The person to move through the entire
