STEPS TO FILL AND UPLOAD PREFERENCE FORM ONLINE

Step 1. Go to menu CPS-PG-Application -> Maharashtra Preference Form Step 2. You will get below screen Select and add your choices correctly

Step 3. Click on Submit button to lock your preference (once submitted cannot be edited), if you failed to click on submit, you will not get the option of uploading the preference form (it is mandatory to upload the filled preference from with duly sign by candidate). Step 4. After submitting Download, the filled Preference by clicking on the Download filled Preference button

Step 5. After Downloading the preference form sign it and scan, and upload. To upload go to menu CPS-PG-Application -> Upload Preference Form (option to upload will be available only after submitting the preference form)

Step 6. Upload your sign & scan preference form in pdf format and click on Submit & confirm to complete the process.
