Show Hours 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
APPLICATION PROCESS: Mail or fax your completed contract & payment to the address below. You must also submit at least one photo of the items to be sold. All photos will be kept on file. We reserve the right to accept or reject your items in order to maintain a quality show. If your product is not accepted, your check will be returned. There will a limited number of vendors per category. We will only accept one vendor representing companies such as: Mary Kay, Arbonne, Cookie Lee, etc. If you change your product line before the show, you must reapply. Only the items listed in your product description may be displayed. Open flames are not permitted on premises.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Vendors must pay reservation in full. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to a show a credit will be applied, less a $10 transfer fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to a show no credit will be given on any monies paid. Space rentals are subject to change without advance notification. (Booths are assigned)
DOOR PRIZES: Door prizes are awarded throughout the craft show. It is suggested each vendor donate an item for the door prizes. There is no minimum value required for the door prize and it is up to the vendor’s discretion what the prize will be. Prizes will be picked up at the vendor’s booth by the selected winner. See the donation form below for further information. Donations are a vital part to the success of our craft show. We greatly appreciate your advance contributions. Donations made to Victory Family Church are tax deductible.
BOOTH DISPLAY: All tables must be draped to floor in front. Boxes, coolers, totes or carts should not be visible. All signs must be attractive. Nothing shall be nailed, stapled or otherwise affixed to the walls, floors or any part of the exhibition rooms. Vendor booths must not interfere with adjacent vendors in any way. All of the vendor’s booth and displays, must be placed within the confines of the marked space. Victory Family Church Assembly of God reserves the right to remove any booth, or portion thereof, that does not meet with the professional standards of the show. We require exhibitors to remove any objectionable material: (anything obscene or deemed otherwise inappropriate). If you order electricity, you must bring a 50 ft. extension cord.
SET UP & BREAK DOWN: Set–up begins at 7:00 am. All booths must be set up by 9:30 am. (If you –have special circumstance, please let us know. Those with special circumstances may be able to set up Friday before the show. Please call to make appointment as times vary.) Please check in at the front entrance. If you cannot make it to a show, please call Gina at 817-475-3143 or Amanda at 817-875-5183 and leave a message as soon as possible. You must remain completely set up during the show hours. No packing up early (no boxes/equipment brought in or out, or preparations made before 4:00 pm). Anyone arriving late, leaving before show closes or breaking down during show hours will be excluded from our future shows. No vehicles to be brought up to building before 4:15 pm. There are several areas designated to park for loading & unloading.
SOLD OUT SHOWS: If a show is sold out, you may place your name on a vendor waiting list (no deposit required). Vendors must send photos, application and contract to be approved for the waiting list.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Vendors should keep a professional appearance and are responsible for clean up and maintenance of their area. All booths must be attended at all times. Vendors must be in their booth 10 minutes prior to the time of the show opening. If the vendor is not present when the show opens and the booth is closed or covered, Victory Family Church Assembly of God reserves the right to open the booth so as not to distract from the overall appearance of the show. No smoking is allowed inside facility. Pets are not allowed at the show. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Any damages to property of Victory Family Church will be paid by the Vendor. Liability insurance, if desired by the vendor must be obtained by them at their own expense. Please come prepared with sweaters, etc as large areas are hard to heat/cool to everyone’s satisfaction. Each vendor must collect Texas sales tax. All Food Vendors must carry a Food Permit for the State of Texas.
FOOD: There will be a concession stand available in the Fellowship Hall. Pre-made box lunches will be sold by Victory Family Church Women’s Ministry and delivered to the booth. Please indicate on the application if you will be purchasing a box lunch.

Booth Space 10X10 & 10X8 $ 40.00
10X15 $ 55.00
Tables $ 10.00 per table (Table sizes are 6’ and 8’ and are available first come, first serve as to size.)
Electric $ 10.00 per plug (If you require electricity you must bring a 50 ft extension cord.)
Box Lunches - $ 7.50 per box (Includes a delicious sandwich, chips, fruit cup, cookie and tea or water.)
**Lunches will be delivered between 11:30 and 12:00 to the vendor booths. Lunches must be pre-ordered in advance to ensure availability. Please see application to indicate your selection.
