Creating your own email address

The LLIR mass emailer has problems when two or more people share the same email address. It involves extra work to create two mailouts, with one to each. Within the next term, we will be requiring each member to have a unique email address.

You have a sympatico.ca, , , or an email address, that you share with someone else. Here's how you can create an alias email address that is different, yet the mail comes to the same inbox and you can use the same contact lists.

To do this, Sign into your email account on Click the gear symbol in the upper right, and chose options

Follow the instructions to create a new alias for yourself Once this is set up, sign onto our website llir.ca, login, and add your new email

address to your personal information. Remember to save it.
