The General Manager’s responsibilities fall into several broad categories:

1. Provide guidance to the Board, Committees and Teams.

2. Oversee the office.

4. Oversee ICC’s financial and legal health and records – budget, audit, variance statements, debt collection.

5. Oversee property management and long range properties planning.

6. Maintain organizational records – minutes, Bylaws, Standing Rules.

7. Oversee planning process – vision, mission, values, 3-5 year goals, annual goals

8. Maintain community relations – within the ICC, with the local community, with the co-op movement and ICC alumni.

9. Maintain good interpersonal relations with all facets of the ICC.
