Instructions for Setting up a User Account

For access to the eSchoolData Parent Portal

1. Using Internet Explorer, enter in the following web address exactly as shown



NOTE: to access student’s information, the parent/guardian must be registered with the school as such. Also, you must know each student’s ID number which can be found on any printed document – it will be a 9digit number (3 leading zeros + 6 digits – you must enter the leading zeros or it will not work)

2. If this is your first time logging in, click the option “Parent Portal Registration” to create a new account otherwise enter your Username and Password and click the Log in button

Once you have created your account, please check your email account for an activation notice from the district. It may take up to two days to review and approve your account. If after three days, you have not received an email, first check your junk mail to see if it’s been blocked, and if not contact the MIS department at 845-577-6082. Once your account has been activated, you can begin to use the parent portal.

3. Complete all the fields on the account information screen as shown below. Once finished, click Create Account Information button

4. Complete the personal information as requested below. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Once finished, click the Create Personal Information button [pic]

5. Enter the student’s ID Number (EX: 000687425 – you MUST enter the 3 leading zeros), First and Last Name and then select the school and grade from the drop down menus as shown below - then click the “Add Student to the above list” button. You can add additional students or click the “Finish Registration!” button [pic]
