Board of School Trustees Special Meeting Thursday, January 23, 2020

Minutes for the Special Meeting of the Board of School Trustees of the Lake Station Community Schools held at Edison Jr. Sr. High School, 3304 Parkside Avenue, Lake Station, Indiana at 5:30 p.m. Thursday evening, January 23, 2020.

This special meeting, to appoint a candidate to fill a school board vacancy, of the School Board in public for conducting the School Corporation's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. No public comment will be accepted at this meeting.

Members Present: Mr. Biggs, Mr. Keehn, Ms. Curtis, Mr. Tenorio

Members Absent: None

Others Present: Dr. Cripliver, Mr. Kurtz,

Mr. Keehn moved to approve School Board Vacancy. Seconded by Mr. Tenorio and Ms. Curtis and Mr. Brent Watts was unanimously elected to the school board.

The next regular school board meeting is Wednesday night, February 19,

2020 at Edison Jr. Sr. High School at 7:00 pm.
