Parents - Please DO NOT drop your students off at school before 8 am. This is for the safety of our students.

Supervision is not provided for yard duty until 8:00 am. If they are eating Breakfast, they can report the Cafeteria

at 8:00 am. Also, Parents are not allowed on the playground.

Jog-A�CThon & More

Gettysburg Family!

Our Jog-A-Thon fundraiser continues through 10/12/2021. With your

help, we will be raising $25,000 for

Academic Enrichment Projects, PBIS, and 3 Star General Awards. Supplemental Classroom Materials, Classroom Incentives, Athletic Uniforms

and Equipment. We are asking every family to

participate. We will reach our goal when each student registers and

shares the link with 5 or more supporters.

You can make a flat donation for the jog a thon. Also, the

��More�� indicates that families and friends can purchase

merchandise such as:

Wrapping paper, Holiday d��cor, Home d��cor, Magazines,

Snacks, Chocolates, Candles, Tumblers, Jewelry, Kitchen items

and more.

How to Participate:

Attendance

Students arriving late must check in at the office before going to class.

If tardiness is due to a medical appointment, please bring a doctor��s note to

receive an excused tardy.

Full day absences should be called in to the main office or Attendance Hotline

within 24-hours.

Please call the Attendance Line at 327-6998 to clear any absences.

Absences must be cleared within 5 days. If a absence remains uncleared for

5 or more days. You might be referred to the Student Attendance Review

Board.

All visits are by appointment only.

Please call when you arrive for your scheduled appointment

so we can do a quick health screening before entering the health center.

Masks are required for ages 4 years and older.
