Print invitations at least 1 month prior. Coordinate music program, if desired. Work with hotel on food, cost, etc. Check budget--meals are paid by Rotarians in advance. Select following year's Board and Officers . Begin in November--Complete by Dec. 31 for membership vote. Find a host for Past President's dinner in early December to assist in selecting Board.
