00:52:10

R - Nate Knodt:

I am trying for a couple new people in South Stockton. I have

00:52:31

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities: jpruitt@

00:54:08

R - Mary Elizabeth: I tried to with an alum from UOP that lives in the area not well

represented. Also, the County is actively recruiting for Boggs Tract Community Center and the Port

00:55:20

AD - Heather Heinks: Boundary map

01:05:12

R - Deby Provost, Reclamation 828: How much are the avg. natural gas or heat

pump normally cost?

01:05:13

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities: I did notice that the AB 617 website

was updated with the grants and incentives project plans

communities/stockton/grants-and-incentives/

01:06:33

Gaby Magana (she/her):

Please note that if you have questions during this

presentation you can raise your hand or type them in the chat.

01:07:13

R - Deby Provost, Reclamation 828: I did have a question on the last slide.

01:07:44

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities: Do we have data on the specific areas

in the boundary that use wood burning? Or should we expect all of them have them?

01:10:11

R - Taylor Williams: Re locomotive switchers: Do we have a sense of when those

switchers would need to be retired anyway? Want to make sure we're not subsidizing BNSF/UP to

buy equipment they'd be buying anyway

01:10:15

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities:

showcase through the marketing on this incentive!

That's something we need to

01:13:55

R - Lenard Seawood: How can I get this info to residents

01:14:21

R - Lenard Seawood: Wood burning stove devices

01:16:04

R- Margo Praus:

Do we know that the switchers will mainly be local?

01:16:13

CSC Alt- Cynthia Pinto-Cabrera (she/her): Are there electric switchers available?

01:17:30

R - Deby Provost, Reclamation 828: It might be nice to send out the notices to all

of the team, incl. handouts for folks.

01:17:41

AD - Heather Heinks: Yep, we can do just that Deby

01:17:46

AD - Heather Heinks: (hi!!) :)

01:18:30

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities: The public outreach subcommittee is

hoping to develop a tailored outreach plan so that there's an organized way of delivering all of these

incentives

01:19:24

CSC Alt- Cynthia Pinto-Cabrera (she/her): Can we get links/resources to the

demonstration projects Valley Air participated in?

01:20:26

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities: Another action item! lol

01:20:31

R - Nate Knodt:

CCT is the Official Railroad of the Port of Stockton and

primarily switches freight within the Port, and switches (transfers) freight cars between the

Transcontinental Railroads BNSF and UP, and locally with the Stockton Terminal and Eastern RR

(STE) that primarily switches freight cars between Stockton food processing plants.

01:20:40

Kyle Goff - CARB - he/him/his: For what it's worth I can confirm what Todd's saying

about the applicability of zero-emission switchers -- the technology is out there but not so far along

as to be broadly versatile!

01:21:16

CSC Alt- Cynthia Pinto-Cabrera (she/her): Thank you! Just want to make sure we

have all the options clearly laid out!

01:21:57

AD - Heather Heinks: @Jonathan looking forward to the ideas being shared

01:22:17

Jeffrey Wingfield- Gov: The port has an all electric rail car mover but it will not do the

job that CCT is trying to do.

01:22:54

R - Nate Knodt:

CCT also operates freights to selected shippers in Lodi on its

own Right-of-Way adjacent to Waterloo and around Morada into East Lodi. CCT still has

"embargoed" (not used and not taxed) track Right-of-Way via Sheldon and East Sacramento.

01:23:06

Jeffrey Wingfield- Gov: It's been very successful but for much lighter duty jobs. We

are looking to get more!

01:23:55

R - Nate Knodt:

STE operates only in Stockton between all carriers on

Roosevelt Street near Wilson Way and also has embargoed track Right-of-Way to Linden, CA.

01:27:48

Gaby Magana (she/her):

Hi Douglas I will let you ask your question shortly!

01:35:04

R- Margo Praus:

Thanks so much, Todd. A great update.

01:35:48

R - Nate Knodt:

Excellent update!

01:38:36

CSC-Gloria Alonso she/her: This looks nice

01:39:22

CSC- Jonathan Pruitt- Catholic Charities: I'm working to get the community

centers to get on board with hosting the air monitors. Might have to go through Board of Supervisors

for approval

01:40:36

R - Mary Elizabeth: good work:)

01:41:08

R- Margo Praus:

Does it measure PM10 as well?

01:41:49

R- Margo Praus:

Or also fugitive dust?

01:44:22

R - Deby Provost, Reclamation 828: Who puts out PM2?

01:44:43

R - Deby Provost, Reclamation 828: What kind of businesses put that out?

01:46:33

01:57:11

which can easily be compared to AD monitors
