Career Service Annual Leave Rollover
The Career Service annual leave rollover will be based on the employee’s balance as of 7:00 p.m. EST on December 31, of each year, and will process after this time. Only timesheets and leave balance adjustments processed (approved) before 7:00 p.m. EST on December 31, of each year, will be considered in the rollover evaluation.
If leave balance adjustments and timesheets for ending year are processed (approved) after the rollover has occurred, the People First system will re-evaluate and systematically adjust the rollover for the employee, if appropriate.
