8. At the CRIS login type:

9. The CRIS Set-up screen will then appear, therefore you should follow on screen instructions:

HOSPITAL: Choose HSS01, or press [F4] and choose Healthcare Hospital

Having completed the necessary details and clicked [OK] the system will now load.

10. At this point you may also get a notification from Windows User Account Control to allow the installation administrative access. This is to allow the creation of the shortcut icon on the desktop. You should therefore ‘Allow’ this process to enable the icon to be created to run CRIS.

Please note: Some antivirus systems will prevent the installation of the CRIS desktop icon so it may be necessary to disable the virus checking while installing CRIS.

TO REINSTALL THE CRIS ICON (Please note: Administrator access may be required for this)

11. In the event that CRIS icon does not automatically install you should remove all CRIS desktop icons and delete the c:\cris3\HSSLauncher\cris folder. Having done this re-run the CRIS Launcher which should reciprocally create the required icon.

TO UNINSTALL THE CRIS SYSTEM (Please note: Administrator access may be required for this)

12. To uninstall the CRIS System Launcher you should simply delete the entire c:\cris3\HSSLauncher folder.
