Working with Salesforce and other CRM applications used by NAA, its affiliates, and members, the incumbent will support, configure, maintain, and improve the technology landscape. Reporting to the Director of Data and Applications Management, the candidate will spearhead configuration and other enhancements to the CRM ecosystem.Principal Accountabilities:Communicate and collaborate with project managers to design intelligent and effective business solutions.Work with project teams to refine business requirements, develop process flows, and design applications.Develop user-requested reports, dashboards, forms, views, and new data fields.Create and update workflows as requirements change.Create and maintain documentation of technical artifacts, processes, and system functionality/tools.Monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.Assist as needed with daily support and maintenance of our Salesforce instance and conduct long-term improvements and upgrades.Other design, development, and programming duties as assigned.Other IT related duties and responsibilities as petencies:Communication proficiencyOrganizational skillsCritical evaluationTechnical capacityCultural awarenessRelationship managementEthical practiceSupervisory Responsibilities:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Travel:Little to no travel is expected for this position. If any, travel is local during the business day.Required Education and Experience:3-4 years in software support and configurationExperienced in configuring, enhancing, and maintaining business database applicationsExcellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environmentCompetency in documenting business requirements and test casesExperience managing deployments and applying deployment best practicesSystems perspective and demonstrated ability to craft creative, efficient solutions to complex requirementsAbility to produce and execute with ambiguous requirements in an interrupt driven environmentPreferred Education and Experience:Experience using Current Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App BuilderExperience with Pardot, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience working with associations and Association Management Systems, specifically, NimblePhysical Demands:While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
