PART I: DIET ANALYSIS

• 5 day diet analysis of all the foods you eat

o all foods consumed listed in order

o serving size listed for each food

PART II: EXERCISE ANALYSIS

• 5 day exercise analysis of all physical activity

o All exercises/activities you complete listed in order

o Amount of time listed for each exercise/activity

PART III: DIET AND EXERCISE ANALYSIS

• One page summary about your diet/exercise (improving or maintaining).

o needs to include number of calories you should consumer each day

o compare number of calories to what you actually took in each day

o amount of exercise you should complete each day

o compare actual amount of exercise you completed each day

o explain what you learned about your diet and exercise

o compare total grams of fat to daily recommendations

o explain how to improve your diet/ exercise plan using examples

o plan menus that will help you get the calories you will need

o plan an exercise schedule

o explain foods that you will only have once in a while

REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) Day Food/Exercise Journal Due October 22th (A-day)

Or October 23th (B-day).

The first part of the project is to write down all the foods/exercises you eat/complete for 5 days. This should include serving size, the number of servings, and length of activities.

The second part of the project is to be typed (double spaced 12 font). The five day food/exercise journal will now include the calorie, fat, sodium, and fiber for each of the foods you consumed over the five days. A total of each day for the calories, fat, sodium and fiber consumed.
