Provide an executive assistant service to the Executive Director - Innovation and Business Development.2. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain file management and TRIM/file registry for the division and initiate follow up action to ensure deadlines are met3. Organise meetings, appointments, travel and accommodation to ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Prepare meeting agenda and papers as required.4. Arrange Corporate Credit Card payment and organise appropriate paperwork monthly for verifier.5. Assist in the preparation of correspondence, briefing and reports.Essential Selection Criteria1. Proven experience in providing a high level of administrative and executive assistance at a senior level, including a demonstrated ability to prepare correspondence.2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written including ability in delivering high quality customer service3. Demonstrated experience in utilizing various word process, spreadsheet and database software packages.4. Well-developed administrative and organisational skills and proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage workloads in order to meet tight deadlines5. Ability to work effectively as a team member in a work environment performing a diverse range of functions and proven ability to use initiative with minimum supervision.6. Personal attributes including integrity to deal with confidential and sensitive issues with discretion, self-motivated, ability to work independently and flexiblyDesirable Selection Criteria1. Understanding of the functions, responsibilities and operations of Policy Planning & Secretariat.2. Certificate level qualification in Office Administration or equivalent3.
