Organization Background: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board is a public sector autonomous organization established under an Act of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly in May 2011 for the promotion of Information Technology, Information Technology enabled services and Information Technology enabled education for public and private sector of the Province of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Project Description(if applicable): The project aims to support the KPITB in the creation of digital jobs, specifically through establishing linkages between the demand and supply of labor for outsourcing and promoting inclusion of disadvantaged youth and women in the digital economy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.

• Setting up tracking systems for marketing activities.

• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) reports.

• Support in the development/procurement of promotional material, brochures, logos and social media advertisement.

• Collaboration and coordination with other team members.

• Other relevant tasks as assigned by Project Manager or Director Marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.

• Strong attention to details.

• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing).

Work Experience: At least 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sector organization.

Key Working Relationships:

Position Reports to: Project Manager

Indirect Reporting : Director Projects & Technical.
