The Danville Illinois Kennel Club, the Bloomington Indiana Kennel Club & the Greater Lafayette Kennel Club retain all rights to photograph or videotape by any means, and televise or reproduce these events in any way, now and in the future. Any ringside candid photographer will have to get approval from the Cluster Chair and pay a vendor fee. Only one will be allowed.

ROUTES TO SHOW

FROM SOUTH-I-65 to Exit 138 (1st Lebanon Exit). Turn right on County Road 100S, 500 yards to entrance. FROM NORTH: I-65 to Exit 138 (3rd Lebanon Exit). Turn left up hill, approximately ? mile to Indianapolis Avenue. Turn right & follow Indianapolis Avenue to County Road 100S. Turn left, approximately 500 yards to entrance. FROM NORTHWEST-I-74 East to 267 North to I-65 North then follow same directions as from South. The Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds, Lebanon is located along I-65 at exit 138.

The Clinic will be held on the Show Grounds with the cost of each exam being $40.00 day of, (or $35.00 for pre-registration). Dogs will be seen on a first come-first served basis on Saturday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM Dogs must be present 20 minutes before examination to receive eye drops. Pre-registration is encouraged, however we will gladly accept walk in's. COVID-19 GUIDELINES

WE WILL BE ADHEREING TO STATE OF INDIANA PUBLIC HEALTH AND CDC GUIDELINES

GENERAL PRACTICES ? Clubs, officials & participants are required to follow state, local & facility guidelines that apply to the area & site where the event is held. Exhibitors should wash hands as frequently as possible. Avoid shaking hands, hugging, or other physical contact. Avoid touching dogs that are not your responsibility. Avoid common use pens/pencils ? bring your own. Exhibitors must provide their own scoops for cleaning up from their dogs in public expens & the entire facility. Prepare to be self-sufficient: bring sanitizer, bring personal use masks. Know the armband numbers for your entries before going to the ring. Do not congregate at the ring or ring gate. While showing your dog, maintain social distances with other exhibitors.

PROCEDURES FOR DEALING WITH SICKNESS AT EVENT ? Event staff is required to self-assess. Exhibitors are required to self-assess daily. Event staff and participants must notify staff if they have symptoms of acute respiratory illness consistent with COVID- 19 ? such as fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or shortness of breath- that is not explained by another medical or allergic condition. Event staff members exhibiting symptoms of acute respiratory illness will be separated from events and exhibitors and sent home. Management will assess what areas of the venue were visited, used or impacted by the infected individual and implement CDC approved cleaning guidelines immediately.
