LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

The following descriptions define each labor category of LOGWORLD Services offered under SINs 874-501, 874-502, 874-503, and 874-504.

M: General Management and Administrative. These positions provide oversight, management, and administrative support to the tasks issued under this schedule.

F: Functional. These positions provide operations and management level expertise in the logistics field.

A: ADP/IT. These positions provide information technology and systems expertise so vital to modernizing the logistics functions.

LOGTEC offers the following education/experience substitutions for all labor categories:

High School diploma and 2 years of experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.

High School diploma and 5 years of experience or an Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

For categories where Bachelor’s degrees are required, a Master’s degree may be substituted for 3 years of experience or a doctoral degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience.

For categories where a High School diploma or Associate’s degree is required, Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience.

Individuals with unique qualifications (i.e., certifications or experience in specialized or emerging technologies) who do not meet all of the education/experience requirements may be submitted for customer approval, as required.

|M3. Program/Project Analyst |

|Duties and Qualifications: Responsible for project management support including cost/schedule management, automated planning/control tools, |

|cost estimating, and/or funds management. Uses scheduling techniques, cost/schedule control systems criteria and its elements, and DoD budget|

|terms and process. Develops work breakdown structures and prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to help analyze problems. Additional |

|responsibilities may include support in developing program and performance measurements, criteria for these measurements, accountability |

|matrices, and performance system implementation guidelines. Defines and continuously refines key indicators, results, and measurements to |
