Seniors Gracen Watts and Caitlin Timmons added thirteen and ten, respectively; andWhereas, Head Coach Mike Lowder capitalized on his own experience and athletic ability to forge a championshipcaliber team and teach these athletes lessons that will prove invaluable through life both on and off the court; andWhereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives are grateful for the recognition that the East Clarendon High School players have brought to their school and their community and look to hear of their future success in the days to come. Now, therefore,Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:That the members of the House of Representatives of South Carolina, by this resolution, recognize and honor the East Clarendon High School girls basketball team, coaches, and school officials for an outstanding season and congratulate them for winning the 2018 South Carolina High School League Class A State Championship title.Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Principal Jason Cook and Coach Mike Lowder.XX ................
