Director Gayle Oxendine, Human Resources 9. Deputy Chief Vicki Yost, is an 18 year veteran assigned to the Patrol Operations Bureau.

DC Yost earned a Masters Degree from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to her appointment Deputy Chief Yost was the Commanding Officer of the Southwestern District and the 8th Precinct. 10. Deputy Chief David Levalley, is an 18 year veteran assigned to the Criminal Investigations Bureau. Deputy Chief Levalley earned his Bachelor's Degree in Public Safety Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to his appointment Deputy Chief Levalley served as the Chief Adjunct Lieutenant and the Commanding Officer of Task Force Administration. 11. Deputy Chief Lashinda Houser, is a 17 year veteran assigned to the Support Services Bureau. Deputy Chief Houser earned her Masters Degree in Public Safety Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
