Minimum Requirements:

Able to communicate well, verbally or in writing.

At least one year of customer service experience.

High school diploma or equivalency

Able to pass background check.

We are looking for the right person to join our eCommerce team. Duties include processing orders, scheduling pickups, routing, tracing and tracking, follow-up and billing of all assigned shipments. Fielding calls from customers, consignees, agents, and carriers, as a professional, polite and courteous company representative.
