Terracotta Army: Legacy

of the First Emperor of

China

Location: Virginia Fine Arts

Museum Date: Friday, March 9th Leaving: 7:30am Admission: FREE

From those who appreciate the detail put into a century's old sculpture to the technique and time put into a painting this museum is for you. Collections of all different forms of art media dating back hundred of years are there to explore all throughout the museum. Speaking of ancient, also while we are visiting you have the opportunity to see the Terracotta Army to the first emperor to China. This exhibition features ten majestic terracotta figures, including a cavalry horse, among 130 works that tell the story of China's birth and one man's lasting imprint on a nation. For those who like a cup of coffee or light breakfast a quick stop will be made to McDonalds. Lunch will be determined closer to the destination. Transportation to the museum is $3.00. Estimated
