This is an intensive seminar that requires not only your class participation but also extensive individual time to study outside classroom. Your participation in class is obligatory, and class discussion is part of your grade. You are required to read all the assigned material prior to class time. The Exam is scheduled for Friday October 7th 2:00-4:00 pm. you need to sign-up for one of the group presentation[1] on the first day of class.

Introduction to International Economics/Finance: The focus is in understanding the overall picture of International Economics and its relationship with development. We cover topics such as Financial and Economic Crisis, Capitalization and Development, Foreign Direct Investment, Trade, The Role of international organization such as World Trade Organization (WTO), and International Monetary Fund (IMF).
