Meet Entry Deadlines: Due by Wednesday May 12th, 11pm, On-Line Entry Fees: $5.00 per event, $20 per relay. Results through .Late Entry: After May 12, $7.00 per event, $25.00 per relay. No entries after May 14, 10 am. NO MAIL, HAND-DELIVERED, E-MAIL, FAX, or DAY OF MEET ENTRIES – ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.Day of the meet, please conduct a self-screening: Please conduct a COVID self-screening the morning of the event. If you answer “YES” to any question, please refrain from attending the event. Temperature screenings will be in place. Do you have a cough, congestion or runny nose that is not tied to an existing health condition (e.g., allergies, etc.)? Are you having trouble breathing that is not tied to an existing health condition (e.g., asthma, COPD, etc.)? Do you have a new loss of taste or smell? Are you experiencing extreme fatigue, muscle or body aches not associated with an existing condition? Are you experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea? Thank you in advance! Athlete/Coach ‘tickets’: With your entries due by May 12th, we will generate a number of participants and add coaches to this for wristbands. A wristband will grant admittance for athletes and coaches and must worn at all times. There will be a Coach’s packet to be picked up by each team the morning of the meet to distribute wristbands. (2 wristband per 20 athletes for coaches, up to four for free entry, send list of coaches names to info@). Order your wristbands at time of registration. Please pick up your coach’s packet at the packet pick up table next to concessions, when you arrive. If you have any questions, please email me at info@ or text at 317-714-0251. Please bring all signed waivers and turn in when you pick up your packets.Spectator Ticket Purchase: Please let your parents know tickets must be purchased online, even the day of the event. Ticket will not be sold at the event. We ask that you limit the tickets to 4 per family so that everyone can attend, (this may change as COVID protocols are lifted or revised). 6 under are free. Click the link for ticket purchase Set The Pace Showcase Spectator Ticket Purchase. Meeting: 8:45 am at the Finish Line. Events: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 1500 walk, Hurdles (80, 100, 110 (Open/High School), 200 youth only); 4x100, 4x400, 4x800 Relay, Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, Javelin, High Jump. USATF rules. Athletes will compete in their correct age groups. Three-event limit for ages 8 & Under, 9-10 and 11-12 (Relay leg will not count as a 4th event). Four-event limit for all others. Please encourage your athletes to do all warm-ups on the 6-lane auxiliary track. The long jump will be set up in flights with 4 jumps and no finals. Meet Protocols:Home bleachers will be for spectators only.Visitor bleachers will be used for athletes and coaches only.The smaller bleachers near the throws and jumps area will be for spectators only. Please keep your athletes out of those bleachers.Team Camps: We’re asking for as many team camps as possible to be set up outside the North end of the stadium on the hillside overlooking the track. There will be a manned gate on that end to allow athletes and coaches in and out of the track. Team camps can also be setup around the edge of the auxiliary track and under the Visitor bleachers. Please do not setup team camps beneath the home bleachers.No tents in the bleachers. Check-in for all races will be near the start of the 100 – at the North end of the track. This will be done to help alleviate traffic near the finish line.Concessions will be open.No coach’s or official’s hospitality room this year.Masks must be worn at all times by everybody except athletes actively competing or warm up activities. ................
