An email with a temporary password will be sent to your email address. You will have 24 hours to use the temporary password to access your account. B. Answer at least one of the security questions to reset your password. 3. How do I reset my password Online ? A. Enter your user ID on the Customer Portal and click on "Reset your password online". Answer the security questions to reset your password.
